Prior to obtaining a signature on your inventory report from your tenant, our professional and friendly team will meet the tenant at the rental property and get your relationship off to a good start.
We'll also collect meter reading and handover the keys on your behalf.
Interim reports are typically conducted midway through a tenancy. They give both landlords and tenants an idea of any potential liabilities they may be responsible for by the end of the tenancy - and important heads up. We'll work with you and your tenant to ensure the relationship stays strong throughout the entire tenancy, and that there's no hidden costs by the end of the tenancy.
A check-out inspection will be completed upon the end of the tenancy. We'll identify and note any variations from the check-in inventory, whilst compiling extra information on the general condition and cleanliness of the property. Broken or missing items will be identified. All meaning that should you need to propect your investment and make a claim against your tenant, you'll have supporting evidence provided by an independent inventory clerk giving you an advantage in a Court of Law.
Where possible we will also collect meter readings and we can retrieve the keys on your behalf.
